In 1992 I had a life changing experience.
I sold all of my personal belongings, headed due south, with my little friend Tennie , from central Washington with the intention to travel, by bicycle, in a loop through Oregon, California, Arizona, Utah, Idaho and then back to Washington state.
I never made it. My bicycle was stolen in Phoenix and I was stranded. Well, not exactly stranded but certainly in a bit of a situation. I stayed in Phoenix for about two years. While there, I chose to begin practicing yoga and through the urging and support of a very special Yoga instructor, It was then I attended PTMC.
I am a 1993 graduate of Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College. I traveled to Northern California where for 5 years I worked in the Napa Valley at Indian Springs Resort and Spa in Calistoga , then on to Nevada to work in Las Vegas. But, Oregon is truly my home. I am a member of the NCTMB and am also registered and certified as a Hypnotherapist. As a Hypnotherapist, I work in conjunction with Aaron Annis MSOM, LAc, LMT both in Portland and in Gresham at Free Spirit using Hypnosis and Acupuncture with our MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE series for Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, Restful Sleep and much more.
I have continued my education to ensure I give my clients the best possible Massage Treatment and Hypnotherapy.
